MIKE BOHN – Go to Guy / Partner
Michael Bohn has over 20 years in the Advertising industry with over 13 of those in the Casino industry. Michael began his career in New York City where he worked for an Omnicom advertising agency for over seven years. During his time there, he was involved in a variety of marketing efforts and held positions such as Account Services Manager, Project Manager, and Interactive Product Manager.
When Michael decided to move to Las Vegas to work in the Casino industry, he landed the position of Advertising Project Manager in the Advertising department of The Venetian Las Vegas. There, he was in charge of managing all event and promotional driven direct mail efforts from budget to execution, and every step between.
Midway through his time at The Venetian Las Vegas, he transferred to the Strategic Marketing department to become the Database Marketing Manager in charge of the casino database. He helped create and execute casino marketing programs and perform pre and post analysis of the performance of said initiatives.
In 2007, Michael was recruited by Up All Day to become a managing partner of Up All Day Creative Solutions where he is in charge of, and actively involved in leading the Account Services team and working with clients to ensure satisfaction.
GABRIEL TRUJILLO – Creative Guy / Partner
Gabriel Trujillo is an award-winning graphic designer with 16 years of experience in Advertising. A native of Las Vegas, Gabriel, started his career working at a national retail corporation, Petco, designing circulars, direct-mail pieces, and point-of-purchase collateral. He had a key role in re-branding the creative and art directing photo shoots. Gabriel was brought into the Hospitality industry in 2003 when he took the position of Lead Graphic Designer at Holiday Systems International to work with a team tasked with the branding and improvement of their site’s user interface.
In 2004, he transitioned into the Casino industry when he was selected to work with the Art Director at The Venetian Las Vegas as the Senior Graphic Designer. There he was in charge of designing and overseeing many campaigns from discovery to execution. These campaigns included photo shoots, commercial shoots, direct marketing programs, print ads, and on-property collateral. Some notable campaigns he worked on included the launch of The Venetian Poker Room, Guggenheim Exhibits, The Palazzo, Chinese New Year, and Sands Macao Opening.
In early 2007 Gabriel co-founded Up All Day Creative Solutions, He spearheads all of the creative efforts of the agency. His team, located in Windham, New Hampshire, is in charge of conceptualizing and executing all of the design and production projects for Up All Day Creative Solutions.
DEIDRE BAKKER-RICHES – Head of Communications
A truly passionate marketing and communications enthusiast, Deidre began her career at SK+G Advertising managing advertising and branding campaigns for some of the largest and most renowned hotels and casinos in Las Vegas including MGM Resorts International, Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino and Luxor Hotel Casino Las Vegas.
She then transitioned in-house where she held dynamic marketing positions for luxury brands Bugaboo Americas and Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas. During her time in-house, Deidre was responsible for all facets of marketing including branding, copywriting, public relations and social media.
Up for a new challenge, Deidre accepted the position of Senior Account Manager for a franchise-focused marketing agency. There, she spearheaded national and local marketing and branding campaigns for clients including Jake’s Way Back Burgers, Complete Nutrition, Topper’s Pizza in Canada, Great Clips and many more.
As Head of Communications, Deidre is the team’s zealous copywriter and works with clients to create communications plans, social media strategies, brand positioning and more. Outside of the office, Deidre enjoys yoga, hiking, traveling and spending time with her husband and friends.
