How We Do It

EXPERIENCE

Up All Day Creative Solutions’ company structure and processes are geared towards the casino industry. Since all of the managing partners have worked on both the property and agency side of the industry, we have a firm understanding of the nuances and unique nature of the business. With this experience, we understand that planning is a critical part of structuring a campaign. We also understand that the landscape of markets can change mid-campaign and may require a calculated shift in the plan based on response. This mentality allows us to plan proactively and know when changes in the plan are needed.

TIMELY TURNAROUNDS

Coming from the casino industry, we have experienced firsthand the importance of speed to market, and the impact that a delayed campaign can have on an overall property. We understand the ups and downs and know how to react when a marketing initiative calls for ways to boost gaming numbers and response on the gaming side. We know that being creative and accurate is key, and we also understand the importance of deadlines. Because of this, we have an in-house team that works as a turnkey operation for the projects that we take on.

We understand that every client is different, and each have different ideas as to what they want creatively.     Mike Bohn go to guy / partner

    Michael Bohn has over 17 years in the Advertising industry with over 10 of those in the Casino industry. Michael began his career in New York City where he worked for an Omnicom advertising agency for over seven years. During his time there, he was involved in a variety of marketing efforts and held positions such as Account Services Manager, Project Manager, and Interactive Product Manager.

    When Michael decided to move to Las Vegas to work in the Casino industry, he landed the position of Advertising Project Manager in the Advertising Department of The Venetian Las Vegas. There, he was in charge of managing all event and promotional driven direct mail efforts from budget to execution, and every step between.

    Midway through his time at The Venetian Las Vegas, he transferred to the Strategic Marketing department to become the Database Marketing Manager in charge of the casino database. He helped create and execute casino marketing programs and perform pre and post analysis of the performance of said initiatives.

    In 2007, Michael was recruited by Up All Day to become a managing partner of Up All Day Creative Solutions where he is in charge of, and actively involved in leading the Account Services team and working with clients to ensure satisfaction.

    Aaron Righellis go to guy / partner

    After graduating with a Marketing Degree from UNLV, Aaron Righellis took on a position in the Advertising Department at The Venetian Las Vegas to oversee all of the casino’s direct and on property marketing. There, he helped create and streamline processes to help internal communication.

    In 2005, he was selected to become the Marketing Manager for Cash Systems Inc, a technology focused financial solutions company that serviced the Casino industry. There he was tasked with the rebranding of the company. He was in charge of ensuring the company’s look was consistent over all medias including print, interactive, tradeshow, consumer user interface, and internal communications.

    Aaron then transitioned into the agency side accepting a position of Direct Mail Manager for Media & Marketing Group. Working out of the Las Vegas office, he was responsible for casino direct mail, which included account services, trafficking, print productions, mailing, and budgeting.

    With the broad knowledge of the Casino industry he had collected over the course of his career, he co-founded Up All Day Creative Solutions in 2007. He’s in charge of working closely with clients to see how Up All Day Creative Solutions can assist their teams to reach their goals.

    Gabriel Trujillo

    Gabriel Trujillo creative guy / partner

    Gabriel Trujillo is an award-winning graphic designer with 13 years of experience in Advertising. A native of Las Vegas, Gabriel, started his career working at a national retail corporation, Petco, designing circulars, direct-mail pieces, and point-of-purchase collateral. He had a key role in re-branding the creative and art directing photo shoots. Gabriel was brought into the Hospitality industry in 2003 when he took the position of Lead Graphic Designer at Holiday Systems International to work with a team tasked with the branding and improvement of their site’s user interface.

    In 2004, he transitioned into the Casino industry when he was selected to work with the Art Director at The Venetian Las Vegas as the Senior Graphic Designer. There he was in charge of designing and overseeing many campaigns from discovery to execution. These campaigns included photo shoots, commercial shoots, direct marketing programs, print ads, and on-property collateral. Some notable campaigns he worked on included the launch of The Venetian Poker Room, Guggenheim Exhibits, The Palazzo, Chinese New Year, and Sands Macao Opening.

    In early 2007 Gabriel co-founded Up All Day Creative Solutions, He spearheads all of the creative efforts of the agency. His team, located in Windham, New Hampshire, is in charge of conceptualizing and executing all of the design and production projects for Up All Day Creative Solutions.

    George Rogers

    George Rogers head of marketing strategy

    George Rogers brings over 20 years of Casino Marketing and Business Strategy experience to Up All Day Creative Solutions. Throughout his professional career, he has lead marketing divisions in major gaming destinations such as Las Vegas, Connecticut, Lake Tahoe, Laughlin, and Atlantic City. He started his career at Caesars Entertainment in the Casino Credit Department at Bally’s Park Place, and led various departments which included heading up the Corporate Business Intelligence Division. He has led the Strategic Marketing Departments for Venetian Hotel Casino, as well as Foxwoods and MGM Grand at Foxwoods, and has served as a Vice President of Marketing in local and destination markets for such properties as River Palms Laughlin, Montbleu Lake Tahoe, Horizon Lake Tahoe, Westin Casuarina Las Vegas, Tropicana Atlantic City and Tropicana Las Vegas.

    George has also opened and rebranded numerous successful properties that include Bally’s Paris, MontBleu Lake Tahoe, and MGM Grand at Foxwoods. He has launched and re-launched numerous player card programs for Caesars Entertainment, Venetian, Foxwoods and Tropicana Las Vegas; always looking to find the optimal blend of marketing technology and investment, while also understanding the importance of the customer’s comprehension of the benefits.

    He is an expert in strategic marketing of casino properties. Finding the perfect fit for the property and marketing team’s assets, and what the customer desires, is what drives the highest revenue. Most recently George created, developed, and over-saw a casino alliance incentive program that brought together 32 distinct non-affiliated individual properties in highly competitive markets and created a virtual company that drove revenue share and brand marketing awareness to hundreds of thousands of alliance customers without driving up marketing costs.

    George’s mantra is that experience and passion for the industry always leads to increased revenue. His extensive cross-departmental experience and knowledge, as well as his friendly persona, is always a great addition to any project.

    Deidre Bakker-Riches

    Deidre Bakker-Riches head of communications

    A truly passionate marketing and commutations enthusiast, Deidre began her career at SK+G Advertising managing advertising and branding campaigns for some of the largest and most renowned hotels and casinos in Las Vegas including MGM Resorts International, Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino and Luxor Hotel Casino Las Vegas.

    She then transitioned in-house where she held dynamic marketing positions for luxury brands Bugaboo Americas and Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas. During her time in-house, Deidre was responsible for all facets of marketing including branding, copywriting, public relations and social media.

    Up for a new challenge, Deidre accepted the position of Senior Account Manager for a franchise-focused marketing agency. There, she spearheaded national and local marketing and branding campaigns for clients including Jake’s Way Back Burgers, Complete Nutrition, Topper’s Pizza in Canada, Great Clips and many more.

    As Head of Communications, Deidre is the team’s zealous copywriter and works with clients to create communications plans, social media strategies, brand positioning and more. Outside of the office, Deidre enjoys yoga, hiking, traveling and spending time with her husband and friends.
